Interstate All-Battery Store Manager:

To manage and direct activities of the Interstate All Battery Center in an effective and efficient manner. To exercise general supervision of all related personnel, ensuring all their duties and responsibilities are properly performed. To accurately complete and deliver required paperwork in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of math, bookkeeping, etc. as would normally be acquired through a secondary education and one year of additional education or through equivalent experience.
• Excellent human relations and verbal and written communications skills, including the ability to negotiate contracts and make sales presentations.
• Excellent telephone skills.
• Demonstrated ability to produce results with previous assignments.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven managerial skills such as planning, directing, organizing, controlling and coordinating.
• Computer skills including (Word, Excel, and Power Point)
• Ability to use measuring instruments, cash register and fax machine

Interstate All-Battery Assistant Store Manager:

To perform sales and customer service in an effective and efficient manner. To sell products in a profitable manner, representing Interstate All Battery to customers and the public. To perform management activities in the absence or at the direction of the Store Manager.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of math, bookkeeping, etc. as would normally be acquired through a secondary education and one year of additional education or through equivalent experience.
• Excellent human relations and verbal and written communications skills, including the ability to negotiate contracts and make sales presentations.
• Demonstrated ability to produce results with previous assignments.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to use calculator, measuring instruments, computer, cash register and fax machine.
• Excellent telephone skills.
• Demonstrated managerial/supervisory skills.
• Ability to operate motor vehicle and forklift.
• Ability to use/be trained on using welder, soldering iron and testing equipment.
• Good understanding of retail store operations as would be acquired through one to three years of related work experience.
• Knowledge of and experience with batteries and battery applications beneficial.

Interstate All-Battery Sales Associate:

To perform sales and customer service in an effective and efficient manner. To sell products in a profitable manner, representing Interstate All Battery to customers and the public.

Qualifications:

• A working knowledge of math and vocational exposure as would normally be acquired through a secondary education or through equivalent experience.
• Excellent human relations and verbal and written communications skills, including the ability to make sales presentations.
• Good organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to use calculator, measuring instruments, computer, cash register and fax machine.
• Good telephone skills. Demonstrated ability to produce results with previous assignments.
• Ability to operate motor vehicle and forklift.
• Ability to use/be trained on using welder, soldering iron and testing equipment.
• Six months of work would be beneficial.
• Experience in retail operations and/or sales preferred.
